Source for Power Light Actuator

Raptor light rack! - YouTube

Does anyone know a source to purchase a power actuator like the one used in the video? I have some Ford Flex and Explorer power lift gate actuators that would work, but I need something weatherproof.

That is John Nohels truck jimmy built that rack for him it's pretty much like kirks famous coyote chase rack!

Thanks! I'll see if I can get the scoop based on the info you guys provided.

I'm not looking for the rack or any of the associated bracketry... I'm just curios about the actual electronic power actuator/cylinder used.
