rigid install questions

going to install my rigid lighting, a 40inch led bar, d2 spots for the front and d2 floods for the rear... which upfitters shall i assign or connect them to based upon ? didnt know due to the upffitrters having various amp sizes. i was thinking

#1 for the lightbar
#2 for the front d2's
#3 for the rear D2 which i also want connected as reverse lights...

Rigid actually recommends you swap the fuses out to match the lights. I think the D2's pull less then 2 amps each and the 40 is just under 12 amps.

If you want your 40" on aux 1 swap the 15 from aux 4 and put a 5 in aux 4 to run the D2's. Ironman has a great pic of the fuse panel in his Projector Headlight thread.

The correct fuse amperage for 1 D2 is 10 Amp and a pair 15 Amp. Also for every 10 inches of E-Series light you will need 5 Amps, so for the 40" light bar you will need a 20 Amp fuse.

justvettn Is correct on the right size fuses. Below is the AMP draw for each of the lights your indicated you have.

Dually - 1.2 Amps
D2 - 2.50 Amps
40" E-Series - 11.8 Amps
