GEN 1 Where did this part come from? 2013 SVT Raptor SCrew

I wasn't using pressure washer, just hose.

It definitely seems it was not a temporary part discarded from installation at the factory. It seems the plug was installed in something for years until it came out, because the outside was dirty, but the inside of the plastic plug was very clean and had some fluid residue within it. See all pics.

Gen 1 Raptor owners, please take a look under your Raptor's hood and surrounding areas or underneath to let us know where this orange plug is installed.
If someone could please look this part up on the internal Ford parts system, that would be great!
