Your basic warranty, and extended warranty are only as good as your dealer, there are members that have great dealings with there dealer ships, and some that have not, after going through a battle with my dealer giving me the run around with my heated seat going out at around 14,000 miles, I'll take the hit and fix my truck my self, also called ford and complained and got my 1,400 back on the extended warranty.
As REPTAR stated figure out how you plan to use it, and make sure your dealing with a stand up dealer ship.
