Knock on wood, we've been VERY fortunate. The only major work on any of them was a warped head on the 03 Cobra and a broken tail shaft housing on the F150. Other than that, just minor stuff. Maybe we just traded them too often.

Just in case Ford is watching this thread for loyalty, here's what we've had in our stable since 1996:

96 Explorer
98 Explorer
99 SVT Cobra
00 F150
03 SVT Cobra
06 F250
08 GT500
10 GT500
10 F250
12 GT500
12 Raptor
13 Focus ST

I once got a set of folding chairs with Explorer embroidered on the backs, and maybe a key chair or two along the way. But the one thing I didn't expect was the smiles I get on my face driving some of them. The GT500's and Raptor always made/make me smile when I'm behind the wheel.

I have a mustang t shirt
I'm only 15 but I know my first car will be a ford...

That's a good thing though. Trade in trade often. I'm on my 8th or 9th vehicle lol. Some of my friends are surprised I've kept the raptor this long!
