Does anyone have any good suggestions for bed dividers ? I didn't opt to get the manufacture one because is didn't look too strong and was $300. I'll gladly pay more for a better quality one, but would prefer it works with the truck's Bed Link system.

Definitly cheap enough, but I was thinking of something a little nicer.

Had the same cargo management issue Correy. Decided on some 2x6, roofing screws, e-track rail, and of course black paint. Started by replacing Ford's proprietary version of an e-track receiver which I found to be lacking.

I actually ordered and received it, and am fairly impressed with it. Seems pretty stout. However, I'm adding a Truckvault, which prevents me from using the divider. If you decide you want one, PM me and we can talk about a discounted price on mine.

Looks like a nice setup !

Do you have the OEM dimensions of the receiver ? (especially from one hole to another). I think it's like 100mm between the holes in horizontal direction and 95 in the vertical one.
Also which screws did yo use ?

Thanks

Thanks Msisle.

Be it that the only Box Link accessories I found were; the handle it came with, the $285 plastic OEM divider (which I felt did not suit my requirements for strength and cargo management flexibility), and the stowable ramp kit (which I have no need for), abandoning the Box Link bracket was the right decision for me. In truth though, I probably spent more time trying to make a divider work with the Box Link bracket then I did building the E-Track divider. I simply failed to find a suitable method to overcome the extra space at the bottom of the Box Link bracket which made any E-Track system anchor slide around way too much for secure cargo management.

As for your question about spacing, I actually overlaid the Box Link bracket onto E-Track Bracket, clamped it, punched it, then drilled it.
The hole location on the E-Track bracket is on a slight angle which made it difficult to measure and punch conventionally.

Here is what I bought:

As well as: 2 - 2x6 8', washers, black spray paint, 2 - wire lock pins (3.75"), roofing screws (which I had lying around were 8" & each vertical got a double tap, top and bottom, countersunk).

Entire cost was under $200. If you plan on making something similar, my advice would be to spend the time to pre drill everything.

mine came with it also, (bought one that the dealer had ordered for someone else then reordered w/o the beadlocks so it would get built sooner than later) but i as well am surprised by how strong/nice it is thus far. i have yet to haul very heavy, like construction loads with it in use yet, just some totes/ light tools/ etc. it is nice though for the easy in / out with the box link, wish it would lock though ( have been worried about it 'going missing' while parked in some not so nice home depot lots from time to time, if people know how easy the box link works).
it's the perfect width for me to throw gas cans in between the front of the bed and divider when installed in the front position as well.

If you could find one for 200 or so i'd say its worth it

Great feedback! Might end up getting the OEM one then. Sounds like people who got like it
