What is the purpose of the plastic clips under the screw rear seat?

Been wonder what purpose those 3 plastic clips serve that is under the rear seat of the screw?

Yep, that's it. And it never works good. Tried it once and said, man that is a stupid idea. They lay on the floor now.

They work great for when I make a small run to the grocery. More than 6 bags total on those clips and it doesn't work out well.

If you hang grocery bags from the plastic clips on the sun visors it makes it difficult to see, so I stopped doing that.

works great for a couple grocery bags that you want to keep from toppling over and having stuff roll out of the bags.

Clever IMO for normally there being nothing on the seat bottom.
