I have been running Geisers up front and Deaver +3s in the back for more than a year. I have 17x8.5" Fuel wheels with a +6mm offset and 37" Toyo RTs, which run pretty close to a true 37. To avoid rubbing with everyday spirited driving, I had to trim a small 3"x4" piece of the inner plastic fender well. You can see what I did on page 7 of my build thread. It took me less than 30 minutes to remove the wheels, cut and paint the area behind the plastic, and you can hardly tell it is there. If you plan to jump your truck and take it to full compression, you will need to add +2 fenders and bedsides to clear 37s at almost any offset. The excellent job jwpres did with his 37s was a LOT of work, but it will work out well for him. Otherwise, you will be fine with minor plastic trimming as long as you stick with 8.5" wide wheels that have more than +0mm of offset. I know it is working for Jeff, but I would avoid spacers as they cause additional stress.
