Your arms are not the weak point and there is nothing wrong with them. Here is what I wrote above explaining it again- The Total Chaos arm does run the 1" uniball and the Camburg runs a 1.25" uniball. You are misinformed about that arm now being your weakest link, I can assume by the same person/shop who told you we were "too expensive". The size of the hardware that attaches the upper control arm to your spindle is the same size and same strength between the 2. The thought being that the 1.25" uniball is stronger that the 1" uniball is also false. The 1" uniball actually has a larger ultimate static radial load than the 1.25" uniball.</p><p></p><p><em>"now you tell me to order gears from California? yah that helps me out immensely!!! Now instead of one day lost, and another day of rental car service it could be two or three more days? Maybe a ******* week! making me wait even longer to get into the next shop, ******* up everyones schedules?! Great ******* customer service, if you have a problem, might as well turn them away right?"</em></p><p></p><p>After reading your review of the work we did and the products we provided, it was thought that it was in the best interest to recommend you purchase the gears from another source. After talking to you on the phone today it just confirms the decision we made was the correct one. West Coast Differentials is in Southern California and offer great service and parts. It takes 2 days for them to get to you here in Arizona and the cost of shipping them to you will offset the tax you would have to pay through us.</p></blockquote><p></p>
