So I had my first oil change on my new 2020 raptor. I went full synthetic and to a very reputable dealership. everything went great, people were nice quick and easy no problem. Then I was drive 3 days later on the highway and heard a really weird wind noise, almost like the wind was blowing really hard. I pulled over at a rest stop and checked under and round my truck Nothing seemed out of place. I kept driving 4-5 miles down the road at 75mph I heard and felt a metal piece let go and bounce along the road and the underneath of my truck. I then saw a metal piece fly out behind me under my truck. I pulled over and could not tell what it was, I looked everywhere but did not crawl under my truck on the I-495. Now as I am driving the wind noise is gone, when I got home I looked and the dealership must not have screwed the oil drain access slid plate down well enough, it was gone no screws just the nut locks. WTF!!! Also had oil all down the under neither of may truck, I check the dipstick and it reads normal, I wonder what the **** happened. I have appt with the service manager tomorrow. I am not a happy camper. Mike
