Forged Offroad - Silicon IWE Vacuum Line Install

Thank you for your response. I ended up installing a new OEM hose line, although I didn't want to, didn't have time to wait. It will last a while before I switch to the silicone tubing you posted. Here's the link 2011-2014 Ford Raptor Vacuum Tube part number: Part#: BL3Z-7A785-B - Ford Vacuum Tube

Forged Offroad - Silicon IWE Vacuum Line Install

This year-old post is helping me with my issue on my 2013 Raptor as well. Love your detailed post. This will help me out for sure. I'm curious as to where else to get that part, as Forged Off-road is “Permanently Closed.” I’ll continue to look around as I would rather the silicone than the...

GEN 1 Side Markers, Grill Lights Replacements

Yea the Morimoto tails are on back order for me. The headlights are on their way and the rear sequential mirror lights as well. Thinking about ordering those small LED markers as well since mine have been exposed to sun and water far too long. My truck is mainly garage kept but I was stationed...

    Morimoto XB or Raptor Retrofits?

No problem! That's what we are here for, to share our experiences and knowledge. As for the fast blinking, your truck might be thinking the bulb is out. If you had halogen and then used an LED, LED lights use less power, the truck with think it's out or malfunctioning, hence why they blink...

    Morimoto XB or Raptor Retrofits?

Correct, the front part of the mirrors (orange) is not serviceable. They are easily removed with a flathead screwdriver. If you order the Morimoto front and rear, it will be plug-and-play as the rear Morimoto has two separate plugs, one for the power and the other for the front led light. I...

High mileage owners please check in

Just hit 180K, Have had my Shocks rebuilt a few times. It's currently leaking a bit in the rear right. Aftermarket HQ in Las Vegas will check it out soon. Other than that, still running smooth, just needs a nice bath.

    Morimoto XB or Raptor Retrofits?

Thanks, I like them; I love the tire combo; the Fuel's a nice look for the truck, and I love the Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They're long-lasting and pretty quiet. Mine's 2013, and a buddy of mine is 2014; those ambers do not work. They were for looks, hence why I wanted to upgrade. One of them...

    Morimoto XB or Raptor Retrofits?

I just went with the Morimoto XB LED Headlights and Tails; there's a coupon code that expires in 2 days. I am curious as to the Morimoto Front Mirror lights. Have you installed them? (Here's the assembly) I did not order the complete front and back led lighting, so technically, it is not...

    Broken Moonroof Track

Sorry to have resuscitated this thread. Just happened to me today for the second time. The first time it happened was a few months after I received my truck from the factory in Oct ‘12. The second time happened when I attempted to open it and heard a loud boom. I am grateful to have found this...

    Rebuilding OEM shocks

I would just go to DC Shocks man. I don’t know the other shop. I’m pretty anal when it comes to people working on my truck. I went there because of the reviews and speaking with the owner made me feel at ease. Check them out!

    Rebuilding OEM shocks

I just got my Shocks rebuilt by DC Shocks in San Dimas, CA. Kurt and crew did an amazing job. Truck feels like new again! Now just got to get new tires... ;) If you’re in the local area check them out. Price was worth it as well.

High mileage owners please check in

I am at 126K right now. I commute from Riverside to Vegas almost every weekend (military). I like to do my oil changes every 5K miles or so. Still on the original suspension. I need to re-lube my fox shocks. Other than that the regular maintenance throughout have been performed. Still going...

    DIY 6.2 Spark Plug Change

Just did mine today. Was actually very easy, however, it took me 6 hours, I think I spent two hours alone trying to lift my truck up and not have it rolled down on because we just had our garage floor epoxide (never again, wife wanted but I wanted something else, I hate compromising {haha})...

    Cranks but won't start :(

Sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but I wanted to share. It’s 2018 and I’ve owned my Raptor since I ordered it back in 2012. It’s a 2013 and I finally have been having issues just like OP’s description. Well low and behold today I went to take a nice little off-road adventure with my...
