Just had the same thing happen. I was on a trip in TN driving through the mountains at about 30mph and all of a sudden it felt like I was driving on a cobble stone street. Check engine light came on and flashing. Stopped turned it off, started it back up and then it did it again. Stopped again...
Exactly. That was my thought as well. Seems too good to be true. Would be nice to have a more informative app though. FordPass seems really simple and clunky to me.
I saw this widget posted awhile back somewhere and curious if anyone has used it? Seems pretty cool that is shows all of the info in one spot that the FordPass app doesn't show, but not sure about linking my vehicles info to an unknown developer. Has anyone used the Ford Widget Tool...
I've done plastidip and they looked great for awhile. Then the edges started to peel. I ended up getting other rims, so think I might take the factory rims in to get powder coated. Does anyone have any pics of what they did? Can they do a gloss or matte black?
I talked to FP last week and asked them about the refund. He said I had to go to my dealer for the refund. I said I'd heard people getting refunds direct from Ford and also from their dealer so he double checked with his suprvisor and said I have to go to my dealer. I'm going to talk to them on...
4500 was for forward of the doors and ceramic coating the truck. PPF was not tucked. It was all cut out on a plotter and then applied. I wish I would have got it done as soon as I got my truck. Waiting allowed some small scratches and stone marks. I feel if I sold it tomorrow I could get that...
I had the tails wrapped and windows tinted by RappyGraphics when they did the other graphics on the truck. Those were done about a month before I got it PPF/coated. My CermicPro guy ended up having my truck for about 2 weeks, but more because he had some personal stuff come up and couldn’t work...
All done and looks great. I used KAVACA because my guy is a CeramicPro installer and was doing ceramic from the front doors all the back so had him put KaAVACA on the whole front end. If you check out some of the YouTube videos the stuff is amazing. Was $4500, but I had paint correction done by...
I'm having it installed as we speak. I'll let you know how it turns out. My CeramicPro installer is the one doing it. PPF for the whole front and ceramic for the rest of the truck.
Finished installing the M&R light kits on my gen 3 last weekend. They turned out great. Amber cubes at the bottom look great as running lights, but turn them fully on with the 2 light bars and you can see into next week, ha. Easy kits to install and no drilling. Took me an afternoon to put them in.
Finally figured out what wheels I wanted and @Pacific Wheel hooked me up! Went with the KMC KM535 17x9 6x135 +18 Bronze. Just swapped my stock tires on them.
