You might want to take a real close look at the reservoir; if it's like mine, there is a seam formed where the top and bottom halves are molded together. Mine split and leaked there.

Would anyone know what composition of aluminum the off-road running boards are made of?

I noticed that F150 supercrew running boards are attached at three points, however, the Raptor supercrew running boards are attached at only two points. Does anyone know why fewer mounting points and are they interchangeable?

Those spring clips you are mentioning; are you referring to the "nuts" the bolts thread into? If so they're referred to as extruded u-nuts, and are commonly sold at NAPA and some hardware stores. Need metric thread. If not, sorry I've misunderstood what you're referring to.
