Perhaps a vacuum related issue associated with the cruise control system that is detected by the brake assist system.

That security system sensor part number changed so it would suggest Ford made a change. In my case, there were no malfunction messages that I saw. Bring this to the attention of your Service Manager.

The crankshaft position sensor and/or the camshaft position sensor is/are likely suspect. While the sensors have not been detected as faulty, the correlation code along with the camshaft advance code would suggest they may be giving inaccurate information to the PCM.
