What a weird thread. The C8 is awesome, so is the Raptor, and the latest Porsche 911, and the BMW M5 and the Shelby and the 458. We live in a goddam golden age of automotive excess where you can buy a sub $100K car that is faster around a track than million dollar race cars a generation ago...
All 5 stock wheel came off at about 100 miles and are sitting in the garage taking up space. I might wait through the winter to see if I want to mount snow tires on them.

It's a turbocharged engine so it has a higher compression ratio. A modern turbo has all kinds of knock sensors and other tech that can let you safely run lower octane fuel by changing timing. opening wastegates earlier, etc. to help protect the engine.
So the Raptor engine can use as low as 87...
