Ive had Xpel on other vehicles, it will self heal like a scratch on your arm will self heal. take a chunk of flesh out or cut your arm off and the advantages of self healing aren't as noticeable.

i Was getting same thing with my ADD kit, threw codes for accident avoidance and disabled addaptive cruise. Offroad shop that did the install finally took it to ford dealer themselves and they rerouted the harness and realigned, no issues so far since.
