I'm running Geiser springs, Camburg UCA and +3 and am about 1/2" high in back unloaded with no spare tire. Rack for Powertank, Jack, and tire is coming and should be about level based solely on putting people in the bed of my truck and measuring.
Deavers are stiffer than stock rear springs...
I have this with a 40" rigid RDS midnight edition. I'm in socal and it works perfectly fine pushing 37s through sand. Remember the IC has fans in stock location, relocating it moves it in front of the radiator, ac, etc. and uses the radiator fan behind it all.

I got one of these as well. Great product as I carry stuff in my bed all the time so having the ability to remove another spare without a huge bed rack is great for me.

The bigger the perch collar the worse the ride. I've got mine cranked pretty far to clear 37s (probably 3")and i'd say it's 20% stiffer than stock, but it's also not nose diving.
If you are adding any collars </=2" you aren't going to see much change.
