Mine does this also. 35,000 miles and is a 2017. Sometimes I’ve heard it do this hours after shutting the truck off.

This is my fix. I take the screw out and put the clip around the rod then screw it in. So the only way to get the rod out for use is to remove the screw. Since I maybe flip the cover up 4 times a year I don’t mind taking the extra time to take a screw out and mess with it.

You are tuned though right? Cause stock when I removed mine I got a check engine all the time saying crank sensor fault or something. Put them back in and I have never had the issue again. Roush told me they require you to leave them in with the intake. So I’m assuming the MPT tune don’t...
I have the KM3 and I have about 6000 miles on them. I think they are fine on the highway. And off-road they did amazing for traction.

I feel they do better. I like the more planted ride. But I will say light snow they don’t do good in. But everything else I think they are great for a mud tire. I would buy again for sure. Got about 7000 miles on them and they look like new still. I run 38 psi in them, same as the factory tires...
No problem. I think they are 30” strips. They are super bright. It’s prolly what I’ll change mine out to. And the way he has them you don’t get shadows.

Agree. I’m adding one more and also putting it on a auto switch. Cause if you use the switch inside the truck the truck has to be on. So I want a direct battery hook up. Light strip from what I seen was way brighter and better light.

I see people install led light strips under the hood. I did a small rock light wired to switch 6. Works fine for me.

I have a noise and only when I turn right. Friction noise. I’m thinking either breaks are sticking or bearing is bad. Truck goes in next week so ill find out then what’s wrong.
