I'm thinking of getting new 20x9 method race rims and 37x13.5 Patriot tires. My question is, would my tires rub even though my truck is leveled? Feedback would be great thank you!

So lately when i have been driving my truck seems to struggle and then will completely shut down. The headlights and anything else that i have on will flicker before this happens. Has anyone had this happen to them and would anyone know what is going on?

About a year ago I installed the Recon Black Projector Headlights and they look great....But the problem is that the lights from the headlights can not light up the road enough while I am driving. This has come down now to more of a safety issue. Does anyone have any suggestions or other options...
