Looked at a 2010 SCAB today, left front shock leaking and when I pressed down on the rear bumper there is a thudding sound; shocks or something else? hard to describe the sound, but definitely a clonk or a thud overtime pushing down on the rear bumper, common problem?

The truck is located in Marion, Arkansas, is this price too low maybe? Rust issues in that part of the country? 117,982 miles loaded but has the 5.4. Here in CA people ask high 20s.
