How "aimable" are the lights with this set up? If you put in a squadron with wide/cornering lens can it be turned out for better cornering coverage?

I would say they are a little amiable. I have the Rigid SAE fogs in the middle location and they spread light from side to side. You have some room on the bracket to aim it but you will create a gap between the lamp and the bezel the further you back it away or angle it. If you want to point the lights to the sides, this might not be the setup you are looking for. The guys at For Raptor Lights are very helpful. Give them a call. Jeff helped me. Hope this helps.

As previously mentioned, yes the lights are able to be aimed. Keep in mind if you adjust too far side to side with any of the behind the OEM front bumper light kits, you'll eventually just be illuminating the backside of the bumper.
