I just moved from Florida to Hawaii, I drove cross country to Long Beach so it would get to Hawaii faster. Cost me $1100 to ship; I got quoted to ship from Charleston, SC to Hawaii and it was the same price....but a 30 day difference in delivery.

Me
Did it with the intention of refinancing and to also have the opportunity to own a raptor, without using up all my income per month.
E-5 in the military supporting a wife and baby. Just has been about good money management and great credit.
Currently on a cross country drive from Orlando to Charleston to New Orleans to Houston to San Antonio and now Phoenix.....surprised to only have seen 7 the whole trip. Unfortunately, the 7th one was totalled being towed on a car transport truck.
Sticker was 58k. Came with sunroof, front camera, Bed and hood graphics, stripper pole and step.
out the door was 62. And the neg equity brought it to 66.
Got some play money for new tires or new front and rear bumper. So many choices.
When I did my research, it was the best rate I could find anywhere. (Bought it in October). Fully loaded is why it cost so much...and negative equity.
Overall, I got my dream truck, and I can afford it. Happy. And humble.
2014 Screw Raptor with every factory add on.
$664 for 84 months @ 1.99%
Traded in my 2014 F-150 Limited I had bought 3 months ago and accumulated $3k in negative equity.
Put down $11k.
Paying $45 a month for full coverage thru Geico.
What is cheap to you? I have 5 available takeoffs. 2k miles on them. I'm in Florida tho.....but I'm driving up to virginia beach at the end of the month.
I was "forced" to get the f150 Limited, because my wife wasn't bout that raptor mpg. After running about 5k miles on the limited, I was only getting 14.4 mpg on freeway (70 mph speed limit in florida) and 16 mpg commuting to work.
my buddy has a Raptor and gets 13 to 14 mpg. is it worth it a 2...
So I'm curious, because I'm moving there in July and I'm being forced to buy my wife a new car. I gotta turn in her leased car because I cannot send it to Hawaii. What was the price of your truck that they were selling it at, and then what was the out the door cost once all the paperwork was done?
