Fuse 27 relocation should be a high priority action on the owners list.
Find the time and do it....Set other priorities back a notch....This is a doable fix...Get a buddy to help if needed.
Go back and look at my post (post #188).
I left a number for the 4wheel parts national call center with an agent name, number and ext.
Not sure if he still woks there, but the best they would do was pay the tax and free shipping to my door.
This was a direct fit battery. Modifications are not...
I would bet that these hitch's are outsourced and quality control is subpar. As long as the welds look good then they will pass inspection.
My Gen 1 Raptor had a hitch that had a lateral angle (sideways angle).
I noticed it after about a week of purchasing my '14 Raptor new from the dealership...
I was browsing thru the forum today and noticed that Photobucket has re-enabled the free version of third party hosting.
The re-enabled images do have a Photobucket watermark on them now. I can live with that.
Ruger, If it is a normal metric or SAE thread then I would just torque it down as I'm sure there is an O-ring on the new housing to seal it.
If the thread is an NPT then I would place Teflon tape on it as it provides a seal and it will help with removal if you should ever need to take it off...

The video references P/N 22200...
Ruger take pics and give us a review.
It appears the level is taken by installing the dipstick into the upper inlet with the dipstick just resting on the top thread (not screwed in).
Sorry Deck, I don't have a drawing or CAD file.
If yours have deteriorated and cannot be used as templates then you can still order replacements from fordparts.com
Replacement panels from Ford will eventually degrade and fall apart (again).
The small air deflectors are approx $30 each.
The large...
Hey andreb.
Go back to Post #1 and you will find a link to Google Drive that I just posted.
This will allow you to view the pics.
The pics are not in order as the "How To". You will have to piece the puzzle together for yourself.
It's should point you in the right direction though.

Just ordered the Odyssey 65-PC1750T thru 4WheelParts
I had called and talked with one of their national call center agents.
Mentioned I was a FRF member and he talked with his manager about getting me a discount.
Best they could do was $274.99 and they paid the tax plus free shipping.
I said...
