V1 vote from me! There’s just something about the old school feeling that the V1 has that I love. I have an R3 as well. It’s a lot more high tech with all the GPS, red light cameras, lockouts, etc. I always run the V1 in the raptor and the R3 in my GT3RS;)

Yup, Caruso Ford in Long Beach was offering the discount because they couldn’t move it off their lot for a certain number of days. Another dealer showed me the invoice price and they were making roughly $500 off my truck.

I almost bought at Peoria Ford but found a local one for $4.4k under(I’m in CA). Peoria Ford has some under sticker but I’m not sure if it will be as much as Dogget with $6k below.

Yup! Loved the leadfoot color on the 18’s but got a white 2018. I should’ve waited for the 2020 leadfoot color but couldn’t wait for it. Had to get into another raptor ASAP so I got a 2019.:)

Probably the lighting in the picture or the hood stripe. I wrapped the part around the headlight in 4 different pieces just to make it easier on myself and save some time. Doesn’t look the best up close but can barely tell when you’re at a distance.

Raptor isn’t my daily so wrapping it over time wasn’t a problem for me. I finished it about a month ago and I haven’t found any spots peeling or coming lose. The key is to not stretch the material as much so when it gets hot it doesn’t fold up. There’s a lot of videos on YouTube that helped me...

Bak Flip was pretty sturdy when it came to off-roading. It had a limit though. Once I started jumping the truck it started to come loose but never fell off.

This is what I did. I had a sheet metal fabrication shop make a custom mount that slips under the bed cover. It was bolted on the bed with jack nuts and the lights were mounted with the SDHQ Off-road chase light mounts. I unfortunately don’t have the truck anymore so these are the only pictures...
