The wheels that i had put on by the Dealer are "Hub-Centric". I have a letter from BMF Wheels saying they are and they are made specifically for this Truck. So, its looking like the issue has to be with the lugs being overtightened

they are BMF wheels that were put on by the Dealer when i bought the truck. BMF manufactures their wheels in California and Supports Veterans

my guess is either the lugs got overtightened when they rotated them or the studs were made of sub-standard steel like the 129,000 they recalled on the Ford Focus. But this is Ford's Beast Truck, wheel dams sure shouldnt fall off going straight down highway at 70 mph.
