This may sound like a dumb suggestion, but are you running K02s? If so, how worn are they? I have about 30K miles on mine and I get a vibration from about 10MPH-0MPH. It can be felt through the whole truck. Wondering if this might be the issue here since you have exhausted everything else.

Were you in 4A or 4WD when your T-Case exploded? That's wild to hear.

I wasn't aware that a low battery would cause an issue. Now that you mention it, I have noticed that the passenger door lock will not open unless I only use the keyfob and truck is very quick to go into battery save mode even though I drive it every day.

Good quesiton. Are these electronic racks full of fluid? I will crawl under and see if there are any leaks!

Has anyone experienced this before? I have no issues while going down the interstate or moving. It only happens when I am turning the steering wheel while stationary such as backing out of a parking spot and turning into the direction I want to be going.

You will be good with 90. I think the 85 was for fuel economy standards.

Would filling until it runs out of fill port suffice you think? @FordTechOne

My 2019 Raptor supplement shows a transfercase fluid level of 1.5QTS. @FordTechOne can you confirm this?

Thank you all for the help! I will take both of your advice and get it cleaned up and see if I can pin point where it might be coming from. I do not smell any fuel, just a "hot oil" smell resonating from the passenger wheel after shut down. I appreciate you all taking the time to reply.

In attached photos you can see that I have something going on with my passenger valve cover. I am not sure if it is coming from the spark plug in the middle or the silver part circled. Can someone explain what the silver “valve” is just for my knowledge and what might be the culprit...
