Yep same here. They pulled and greased and it got rid of the clunk. The hard shifting is still there. Ive had a handful of friends drive the truck and they all can feel the hard shifts. But the "Trained" techs can never have it happen lol.. Oh forgot to mention last time it was there I paid for...

They have reflashed mine multiple times. Typical dealer bs every time I go in. I just deal with it anymore. Hopefully the new raptor will be better then this 10 haha
