I looked up the wrong year and it shows multiple sensors/solenoid on that circuit which all it would take is one to be shorted internally or the power feed wire shorted to ground intermittently to pop the fuse.

What year is yours?

Are you sure it's fuse 95? That controls the right front headlamp assembly.
