What is that sound!?

Is this a cam phaser or turbo? The rattle is there only on cold start. I went to a dealer for the pcm reprogram and rattle is still there. Rattle always was there and truck has 45k miles now

Dont think its the phasers, here is what cam phaser rattle sounded like on my Raptor. And the reprogram did nothing for me since I already had the rattle on cold start.

Sounds like an exhaust leak to me, but it's always hard to tell with video's. Hope your dealer can fix it.
