My current daily driver is a 2016 BMW X5M with close to 35k miles on it. It's pushing close to 600hp and is a monster on the road while still being comfortable enough to road trip. I've towed a fair bit with it, but I'm ready to get back into another truck, hence my incoming raptor. While I'll keep my X5M, I definitely see the raptor becoming the new daily. They're both excellent vehicles, but take two completely different approaches to practicality and performance. I don't really see much of a point in cross-shopping the two, but I think they complement each other well. And honestly who gives a damn what other people spend their own money on? More power to them.
