Squealing Sound

I am hearing this intermittent squeal coming from the rear of the truck when I sow down. It happens with our without using the brakes. Any ideas on what it could be? I tried spraying wd40 but it is still there.

I had a rear brake dust cover that was just "barely" touching the rotor, causing an intermittent squeak on my truck, almost like you're describing. May not be it, but worth looking at?

Check for rocks stuck between the rotor and anything else solid.
