Rust on trailer hitch

Has anyone had or addressed rust on trailer hitch. I have a 12 Screw with 27k with rust starting on trailer hitch and other bits. Seems to be at the welds. Black paint certainly won't match as it's very flat. Any ideas?

Take the bumper off and paint the whole hitch with POR-15.

Just did the rear end with some as that looked like total shat before I did it. I have some left over. Good idea.

Or use flat black spray paint? Matches almost identically.
