Seems as if the Gen 3 has too much going on for this to work. Installing the hardware above will be problematic with the pro power box on one side and the jack/other crap on the other. Not to mention the lockable storage box we now have.

I see how it moves it away from the back wall, but what makes it recline? Without an actual power actuated recline, I'd have to pass.

Check out the install vid in the link below. Looks like it’s permanent.

That looks to be a copy of the LMI Welding rear seat kit that is meant to move the seat up and forward from the cab wall to give you room for subs. I think something got mixed up in the chinese translation. I have it in my Gen 2 and it works great.
