Radio Antenna Bezel

OK, so I just went to install my new bullet antenna mount on my truck, and I discover that the Black plastic shroud/bezel that covers the base is MIA. It was likely from my last visit to the car wash that caused it to get wiped up or blown up the antenna......WTF! Anyone know how to get a hold of that little piece? What a PIA!

Well apparently these plastic $1.88 caps are a hot commodity. I discovered that someone... Some idiot. Decided to remove it. Permanently. Upon closer inspection. They had actually used plyers and removed the antenna mast. Prayed off the cap. And half threaded my antenna back on. I guess they...
