Per Tuscany, the Black Ops package can be added to any F150, similar to Black Widow's "premium lifted truck" package, though I don't think this Tuscany Black Ops package alters the shocks/suspension other than the level. It appears LOTS of Black Ops badging/appearance stuff. But put it all together and it's one boss, low-quantity urban assault vehicle for those Chi-town burbs.
