Losing boost while under load

Its kinda been talked about, but let me start by saying I have zero engine mods. While under a load, my turbos will drop boost and then when spoiling back up it goes all the way to 20 then drops rapidly. From a stop it does okay but it just seems like whatever regulates the turbos is acting up. What do you guys think?

I had an issue like this but it was from a corrupt flash and a bad turbo smart BOV . I replaced the BOV and got a dealer to flash my truck to stock and then got a nee MPT tune and haven’t had the issue since.

Low gears or higher gears? I've noticed on 1 through 4th gear the boost kinda bleeds off quick. But higher gears will hold boost better. Also the hot temps are killing performance and the ECU is pulling timing.
