GEN 1 Grille Polishing

Hey everyone:

I have a 2011 SCAB, and the grille could use some love. Is there a way to restore the material to the original color?, a polish?.

I've seen wraps and paints, but I like the original factory color. Any Suggestions?

Also, the upper hood vents and side vents are faded as well, so the headlight plastic.

Being plastic, I think the only way to get it back close to what it was is to paint it.

You could always use a grill brush, I'm sure that it would easily remove the bugs.

Not sure if I’d want to try this without removing said parts first, but…

You'll need to paint it. Once it's faded that's the only way to restore it back. There's many of us on here who have painted them. I did mine in the factory gray color with some light bedliner underneath.

Painting is the only way. The headlights plastic will have to be replaced.
