Ford "Cargo Management System" installed

Decided to use up my Ford Pass points to the tune of $700.
I opted for the "cleat system" to be able to slide the divider forward and back.
Pretty straightforward install.
I ordered from Ford on Friday, and showed up Saturday.

Did your rail system come with one or two cleats on the rail?

How far out from the bedside does the bed rail stand out? I am wondering if I can fit them with a Retrax bed cover but cannot find any specs on fords website.
