Bouncin' off the rev limiter...

If you guys think it's bad when stock, do LT's/CAI/5 Star tune and see how bad it is, lol. I had to get Mike at 5 Star to adjust my tune so it would shift before the rev limiter because once you get these mods, this thing revs to the moon and it revs QUICK.....the end of 1st gear comes before you know it and it'll dance on the rev limiter. I'm not a fan of it doing that so that's why I had Mike re-do mine and actually impose a shift limit/rev limiter before the actual rev limiter. I've had no other issues with it in any other gear.

I installed my SCT tune yesterday, its on 87 mode, and i hit the rev limiter at 6k, and have to let off to shift. I already had the CAI by Air Raid on it and it hasnt done that before. Any ideas on the tuning what i should set limits at?

Today I was having some fun in the Raptor on the back 40. You know, donuts, jumps, etc. with T/C completely off and O/R mode on.

After a little bit, the motor just starts bouncing off redline and tranny won't upshift until I let off. It was happening when I was doing donuts with the throttle pinned.

Has this happened to others?

actually my neighbors complain all the time XD i've broken 4 driveshafts replaced the crank shaft twice due to oil pump and my car has been wanted by the police for the past 8 months for "racing"

so its not without consequences to say the least XD
