Not necessarily.

They aren't a flat rate price. It just all depends on what a company is willing to sell them for.

Kinda like buying a Raptor in the desert southwest, your probably going to be paying MSRP for it, because there's extremely high demand. They won't sell to you for cheap because they know they can wait a day and somebody whose gotta have it will pay sticker. Where as in another part of the country with low Raptor demand, you might get close to invoice, because they don't want to sit on it for awhile.
