Best brightest non HID bulbs

PO put a set of HID lights on my truck, and I like them but I can only list to one radio station when I have the lights, all other ones are static. So I have tried to remdey the problem but haven't had any luck. Don't have 1000.00 for OEM or retro, also don't have a couple of hundred for some other HIDs. So I guess I will go back to halogen bulbs. So whats the best and brightest on the market? Thanks

I was thinking bout trying one of those LED conversions...not real popular yet tho

I ran a set of Piaa Xtreme Whites in my 2010 and really liked them. Produced a much more white light versus the yellowish color from the factory bulbs.

Check the ballast to see if it's grounded.

They were grounded to the frame right behind the headlights. I tried grounding them to the battery and it still didn't help.
