Only thing I'd personally throw the red flag up is if you wired the lights into something you weren't supposed to and that system broke, or you have a shit ton of lights and you keep going thru alternators. After the second alternator id expect you upgrade or start paying for your own.

You don't want to go to court with a manufacture even if its small claims. I've seen two owners go that direction and it ended up being way more hassle for them then it was worth. The manufacture will always win when push comes to shove when it comes to warranty. No one knows their product better than they do.
