How is the license plate mounted onto this bumper? Are there holes for plate? To use winch you have to take plate off? thanks

I ordered this exact bumper from you guys. Just waiting on the winch to be delivered to install. I didn't order with lights but that LED bar in front is starting to grow on me, looks good.

We have an option for two holes (top two) below where this is mounted. This in this picture the customer has placed his own solution to this. We would have to get with him to find out how it is placed where it is. This bumper has a winch in it too in case you missed it.
