Thats pretty weird. Like I said mine wound up being a loose ground. Any problems since then?

Nope! Just have to remember not to start the truck with them on. Hids need a constant power source. If you have ever seen a volt meter on a vehicle when it starts up, it goes crazy. Hids need a warm up time and on/off voltage can trip the reset on the ballast and really mess some stuff up:Grenade:.

I grounded my hid kit on the sensor mounts next to the radiator. They are perfect there because its the same on both sides.
