gonna take some time to get this beast where i want it - but the initial mods are mostly for looks. hopefully in the future i'll upgrade some suspension components and such. just need to get it out on the trails to see what i need to improve depending on my driving style.

mid perch done

rigid dually d2s installed - but pretty much a moot mod - these will get moved to the windshield/hood mounts from alternative offroad once their brackets become available, and my ADD bumpers get installed

bakflip F1 installed. simple install - had some issues with the cover though. one of the latches was way off, would release from the rail, plus some discoloration on one of the panels and it looks like the panel closest to the bed is seperating from the aluminum crossmember.

also had the windows retinted - the crap from the dealership was already bubbling - and covered the mirror reflectors in satin black vinyl. also installed an antenna-x stubby antenna.

well.......body shop effed up and the paint didnt match. dont know how they didnt catch it. they pulled the truck around half in the sun, half in the shade, and you could obviously see the shaded side the flares were a lot "whiter" than the truck.

so im going back tomorrow to meet with the crew and see if this can be rectified, and done quickly. if they cant match it the second go around, im going to demand they replace the flares with all new factory flares and clips.

the color on my truck is odd. a lot of gray in it. you can tell a lot especially in sunlight - the drivers front fender is a lot grayer than the doors. but then you switch angles and the color is perfect. the flares are about a 97% match. look great at certain angles but then theres one certain angle that the color is off. im gonna try and polish out some of the orange peel in the front fenders to see if that helps smooth out the color transitions.
