    Crunch time: Gotta decide...

I drove it. It's very well put together, very powerful.

    Crunch time: Gotta decide...

Well.......couldn't do it. I loved it, but not enough to make a change - not enough of a DD to replace my 7 series, not enough of a hot rod to replace my Shelby. Not enough time to only use as an awesome toy as intended. I went in with my check book ready to make the deal, but after driving...

    Crunch time: Gotta decide...

Thanks for the warning. I'll remember these points while I'm driving, and try to stay off busy or narrow roads.

    Crunch time: Gotta decide...

Yep, it's crazy, I know. I can't help it. I buy these fast cars, and then I feel guilty when they get crappy mileage.

Test drive is what it all comes down to.

    Crunch time: Gotta decide...

I did think about it then. And I've been thinking about it since. And I'm still thinking about it. When I read the articles about it I knew I wanted one.....can afford it, but due to lack of space will make much more sense to get rid of one. GVWR write off is attractive for this vs Jeep too.

    Crunch time: Gotta decide...

Looking forward to driving tomorrow, and being able to judge the brake feel and suspension feel for myself. The idea of a spongy brake scares me, as I actually have dreams about pressing the brake pedal while driving, and the pedal hitting the floor with nothing happening..... Never had a...

    Crunch time: Gotta decide...

I'm averaging about 17 in the Shelby, with 3.55s. Mainly weekend cruises with some high speed runs and some pretty hard accels. The thing is, with the Shelby, if I go out for some cruising and only average 14 mpg for an afternoon, it's purposeful. I just exercised 662 hp and had some cheap...

    Crunch time: Gotta decide...

within 48 hrs or so whether or not to take the unit I ordered: Silver SCREW with orange highlight interior. 802a, cast wheels, no graphics. I saw it today, super nice. Will be able to test drive before deciding Thursday. Realistically, I should give up my 14 GT500 to make this happen...

    Probable poser here:

I'm sure once I have it I'll be drawn to at least do some gravel roads or double tracks. The problem is time.....never enough time. Also, I'll have to trade my 14 GT500. Hate to do that.

    Probable poser here:

Dude, you're making me feel absolutely manly! I live in NM and it won't be difficult to find some pretty gravel roads. The biggest problem is finding the time.......as it is, I have to sneak away for an hour or two on a weekend to take a toy car for a spirited drive.

    Probable poser here:

Very cool, thanks for the responses, not what I would have expected. I love my sports cars, but the trick is a cool toy that can enhance our lifestyle but also add functionality. I think I can sell my wife on that!

    Probable poser here:

I admit it. I've never owned a truck, and even if I get one I don't know that I'll ever do any serious off-roading. But I think they're cool as hell, and we do like hiking and mountain biking, so I imagine throwing our gear in the back and heading up into the mountains. And perhaps towing a...
