I think the look could grow on me. If I were in the market for a mid-sized truck I would be all over this before I'd get a Colorado/Canyon or a Tacoma. I've seen some videos of the new Ranger that was release down in Australia. Ford put a lot into it, I wouldn't be ashamed to roll in it.

I can accept that note in the GT, or just about any other sports car. Not so sure I can accept it in a truck. It does sound good for what it is but I know I won't be the only one missing the rumble of a V8 at WOT.

+1, would be the best pic of the show. :) I think we're far enough out that the wheel choice could still change. Or, maybe enough comments will get them to consider a re-design for the 2nd model year.

So true. After putting one on my Z06 and the Raptor I've wondered if my wife's Explorer Sport wouldn't benefit from it too. It really can't hurt, just wondering if it's worth the investment on the vehicles that aren't driven as hard.

Has anyone installed the JLT can for the S/C trucks (mounts differently) on a non S/C truck? I like the mounting location better, just not sure if the hoses will work on a non S/C truck.

Why is it that some dealers have to do aftermarket (non-Ford) alarms and others can do the alarm that integrates into our factory key? Preventing this type of installation is exactly why I didn't have the dealership I ordered my Raptor from do the alarm, they said that it would be outsourced...

I like the polished bolts on these better than the zinc on the NVs but I'm not sure on the design. Need more pictures before I commit. :)

I was following the original thread on the other forum when Northlight thought up the idea and was trying to get it done. He was definitely thorough in his research and methods. I'm glad to see this make it to a final product. I will be ordering a pair today.

I know this is an older thread (recently bumped) but does anyone have a picture of this kit not installed? Just looking to see what kind of hardware it's using and how it mounts. All the pictures I find online just show the light coming from below the dash. Thanks!
