First year models that bad?

I don't like the engine but I'm not worried about it.. That 10 speed tranny is making its debut and that's an area of concern to me

10 speed tranny and a damn skinny V6...sounds more like a street queen than an "Offroad Ready" truck...

But well Warsurfer is right, with the appropriate tune on that engine, the gain in HP could be huge...

My turbo Forester does sound pretty cool when I go off and smoke every other SUV/ grocery getter around. Turbos do sound good in smaller vehicles but for my truck I MUST HAVE the V8. Period, no more conversation.

at least it was mentioned in the recent UAW contract they released.
