Weigh out your options ppl! Don't get it twisted, just bc the '13 have projectors....Ducati retrofits have way more light output and better spread out light IM SURE! How they say that?! "still OEM"...
Can't wait to see how well the OEM '13 lights actually project light although, They'll still need a retrofit of some sort. Im upgrading my headlights to perform better though rather than look better.

*I bet Ducati will post up before and after shots, I would wait to see the beam pattern, ect.....of the stockers before getting so excited. Figure in the cost of the assembly plus the cost to mod them like fresnel lense to clear lense (if needed) to project the kinda light ducati's retrofits are. You might be better going with ducatis plus save money And get a better beam.

While I understand some folks may not like the look of the 2013s HIDs but to say the 2013s projectors will not have the proper light output when no one has seen them in action is just plain STUPID. Make your comparisons and conclusion after actually seeing the 2013 HIDs.

I love the look of the 13's! Ur not understanding what im referring to but ok! Let me ask u something? U know what a fresnel lense is? That's all I'm referring to dealing with the 13's . Not the aesthetics aspect. Just about every projector needs modding. I'm a niche for lighting and dealt with MANY high end head lights. Never has one not needed attending to to compare with these retrofits. For you to think I'm coming in here to bad mouth the '13 then u have another thing coming! The sites are here to help and that's all I'm doing. Giving you guys another thought before thinking the 13 projectors will solve all your dullness. All I'm saying is to keep an eye open before you go out purchasing head lights that still might not do the trick

Me too, and I'm going to wait and see what Ducati has in store with the '13 HID before I commit to one or the other in the future.

I will be selling them along with Morimoto bulbs, ballast and wire harness.

I dont know the exact price of the headlights yet, as soon as they are available for aftermarket sale my headlight supplier will let me know.

All of the parts diagrams I have seen show them as an assy - including ballasts, bulbs, etc.

All that will be required in that case will be (2) headlight assys, and a modified H13 wiring harness with a 4 prong female plug to plug into the back of the HID headlamp assy. There is a 4 connector male plug that snaps in/out of the headlamp assy that powers the solenoid and ballast.

He'll probably wanna use the same slim ballasts he uses now.
