No need to end your rant with stating @FordTechOne needs to “get educated “. He is probably one of the more respected members on this forum. Always willing to provide valuable information and assists all FRF members. We would be lost without his insight!
I know of 10 companies in the USA that deal with cleaning and servicing fuel injectors. Everyone will tell you ethanol is their best friend. You don't have to believe me - go to the guys who deal with it everyday and make a living increasing performance. The only thing I'm saying is that FordTechOne is wrong on the injectors. Will be glad to prove it anytime if he is near Houston, Texas. There are shops with test benches who can test the Raptor fuel injectors to specifications (before and after). Not arguing but dealing with 100% facts and the proof is irrefutable on cleaning and dealing with the injectors.

There are about 10 different companies around the USA that clean gasoline fuel injectors. Everyone will tell you ethanol is their best friend. These companies service and clean over 100,000+ injectors per year. Take a Raptor with 50K miles on it and pull the injectors and put them on a test bench and look at the flow. It will be nowhere near 100% optimal and some will be far below 50% efficient. Please get educated - you have ZERO idea what you are talking about.

This is the first I've heard about clogged injectors in a Gen2 or 3, I think. I'm approaching 100k on mine, it's still pretty zippy. Are you getting your gas at the same gas station all the time?

Injectors with 50% flow would have fuel trims off the the charts and system lean DTCs. Lean misfires as well. There are plenty of Gen 1 and Gen 2 EcoBoosts with 200k+ miles with none of those issues. So once again, if that is what you’re experiencing, it has to come down to poor fuel quality.

That's one hell of a secret you're letting out, sounds like betrayal to me.

With 98 miles…. Asking for a replacement vehicle wouldn’t be out of the question.

Your comment is completely false. A 50% flow injector would NOT have good fuel trim. It is simple geometry. Please try to prove your point - I've seen the results (both volumetric and visual results on a GB Tester or other brand done to manufacturers specifications). If your comment is true, then why even have an injector? Your comments make no sense and are easily proven wrong. the Top (#1 Ford Raptor Dealer in the USA - R&S Ford Houston) recommends cleaning injectors as well as Hennessey and others do as well. I don't know about your specific fuel injectors but many have trash screens/baskets in them and they can become clogged easily. Also - here is a site that tells you how ethanol clogs - it is irrefutable that it happens (https://injectorrepair.com/ethanol-problem/). Ethanol is mildly acidic and hydrophobic. There are NUMEROUS studies and reports of how ethanol creates corrosion and plugging. You can disagree with me all you want to but why buy a premium vehicle like a Raptor and then not get the optimum hp and performance?

As well as a company that specializes in only cleaning fuel injectors. How strange the company that relies on people believing their fuel injectors are bad or need cleaning, tells you that ethanol is the enemy and every single vehicle that runs any % ethanol fuel must get their injectors cleaned. Almost seems like a conspiracy!
